Work
Not Work
That Gorilla Brand
How do you make basic t-shirts and shorts in different colours look like the newest streetwear contender?
The Challenge
Small budget, tight deadlines, a clothing collection that needed elevating....
What we did
1. Created a concept that tied back to the real origin of the brand and it’s support of Gorilla’s in Uganda.
2. Cast up and coming photographer and artist Delali Ayivi (featured in Vogue and Dazed100 for her striking images) to bring our idea to life.
3. Set it in an urban location, against a series of hung backdrops, printed with imagery from the gorillas’ forest to create a connection between London and Uganda.
